Adolescent Parenting Program

Adolescent Parenting Program (APP) provides support to first time pregnant and parenting teens ages 13- 20 through intensive home visiting and peer group education.

APP serves a caseload of 15 teens that may enter the program during their pregnancy or after their child's birth. Participants in this program receive two home visits monthly using the parents as teachers curriculum and incorporating teen parents curriculum.
